Before I get into this, I just want to say, I hate the word “crazy.” I get so annoyed every time I hear it, espe­cial­ly if it’s some guy say­ing she was crazy or a girls is say­ing anoth­er girl is crazy. Enough! Unless you need to go to the loon…

This is a great read! I believe every explanation. Even the ones on overreaction and illogical actions, but it’s not “for no reason”.

I’m so proud of myself for taking out the time to TURN OFF THE TV and get some practice in. I’ve done nothing but neglect this precious skill (I’m sure you can tell) and honestly, when I see the progress of others it is NOT motivation so much as it’s a deterent. I see good illustration and think, “they’re better than me and so are millions of others. Why bother?” I’m not very competitive and avoid conflict. I don’t get much gratification from winning arguments. My art has always been for me. I don’t like drawing for others, concepting for others, etc., but I love drawing. Just not when others wants something from it. It’s all mine. Forever. When love becomes work, it’s barely worth it. I’m almost afraid to draw sometimes because I think I’m not good enough. But if I’m drawing for no one but myself, why does it matter.

The camera lens has to be one of the most captivating things I’ve ever seen. The glass itself is abyss-like for me. As an aspiring assistant camera, I’m really glad I actually have a genuine interest in the eye of a production. I probably don’t know what I’m getting into, but that’s a pretty fun idea!
